THE WORKOUT

With the Boys getting older its about time to build some muscle so they can keep their hard earned lunch money!! LOL After a big meal at IHOP the boys let their food digest and did the following workout:
• Punching Bag
• 50 Bench Presses 50LBS (5 sets of 10)
• 50 Leg Lifts (5 sets of 10)
• 50 Sits-up (5 Sets of 10)
• 50 Push-ups (5 Sets of 10)
• 50 Jumping Jacks


You guys did a great job!! I'm so proud of you! I really enjoy wathcing you guys grow up to be young men! Stay strong & healthly, mentally as well as physically.

International House of Pancakes (IHOP)

On Sunday Morning the boys had a meeting to decide what they wanted to do. After the meeting the told me they wanted to go out to Breakfast. I was unpleasantly surprised by their decision since I had just bought a few boxes of cereal and some milk for breakfast, not to mention, I was in the process of pouring a bowl of cereal for myself at that exact moment.

Seeing the look on my face the boys reconvened and came back to me with the another Option...."Hey Dad, How about TOY R US?". So these are the picture from our family trip to IHOP!! LOL ENJOY!!

Turkey Burgers - Cookin' with Marlin - Episode 1

As a way of turning over a new leaf I have decided to start trying to cook a lot more often. These are pics from the Turkey Burgers I was inspired to prepare for the fam! Everyone enjoyed them! I didn't tell Lamar they were Turkey Burgers until he completely demolished his Double Burger. Of course he said they tasted great and he was shocked when I told him they were Turkey!! Alysse and my Fraternity Brother's son (Ryan)enjoyed the Fries too!!

Lamar is 12 years old and just had a growth spurt he is almost my height now!! He is actually taller than Toy!!

Please join me in Congratulating RaToya for getting accepted to the Premiere Nursing Program in the Cleveland Area at Ursuline College. We weren't expecting her to able to be admitted until the Spring '09 but after reviewing her Grades they decided to grant her Early Admission!! I'm so proud of you baby!! Keep up the good work!!! I would like to dedicate this song to my wife, RaToya, who is truly a Superwoman! She is currently working, going to school, and taking care of the kids (including me!).
